Our Background
Established in 2016, Lighthouse Training Center understood the Weston community lacked resources and support for at-risk youths. Seeing a need for energetic, nonprofit work in this area, we formed our organization to provide sensible solutions and education. We’ve consistently grown since, thanks to the helping hands of our donors and amazing community!

Adler Jean-Baptiste
CPA Managing Director, Programs facilitator
With more than 20 years working in Finance, Adler possesses in-depth knowledge of International Taxation, Auditing and Economics. A tireless philanthropist, Adler has remained faithful to his roots: empowering others. His passion includes: Sports, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics and Financial Markets. Adrea Jean-Baptiste
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR
In charge of improving efficiency and reducing material waste in the firm. She is also In charge of overall managerial functions of the company, which include: planning, organizing, controlling, staffing, and directing the business operations.
Alexandra Cunha
ADMIN AND PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP ASSISTANT
Alexandra’s main functions include: planning, organizing and scheduling Lighthouse Training Center’s activities in Canada and Brazil. Alexandra speaks and writes both English and Portuguese fluently, she intends to enrol in the PMP program this winter. Literature, movies and paintings are Alexandra’s favourite activities.
Natasha Haselein
Marketing
With a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Natasha is a seasoned Marketer, possessing a Real Estate license and various projects under her belt, Natasha runs the marketing department at Lighthouse Training Center.
